Terms of Service
1. You must be 18 or older to order from me2. All commissioners will be given the chance to look at a rough sketch before the commission is started.3. I will check in at all stages of the commission. How long your commission will take will depend on your response time to updates.4. If you have a pose reference and color palette, they must be sent to me to start any art. If you do not have references for your art, I will need a detailed description of what you are looking for along with a pose of your choice and color palette.5. I offer streams via Discord if you would like to watch your art being made.6. To receive traditional art or prints of your art, you are required to share your personal information. Your personal information will not be shared with third-person parties unless you give me permission to do so.7. I do not keep physical records of your name, address, email, or other personal information. I agree to keep all your personal information confidential as long as you do the same.8. All credit is given where it is due. If you post art that I make for you on any website, please credit me as I would you.9. If you wish to rush art, a $100 rush fee is due up front, with 100% of the commission payment. I will not take rush fees on traditional art or VTuber models.10. On orders more than $100, I will need at least 50% of the payment upfront to start the art. This 50% is nonrefundable.11. On all orders less than $100, I will need 100% of the payment up front to begin the art.12. I only take Zelle and PayPal as payment. If you are local, I take cash. I will not accept an ECheck or Check as payment.
